I've been a Zumba® Fitness instructor for 8 years, teaching dance to kids and adults for 20 years, and dancing for 35 years.

Dance has always been an integral part of my lifestyle ever since I was a little girl. I've taught all ages and fitness abilities, and have traveled the country to attend various conventions, workshops and trainings from master choreographers. This long career of studying various styles of dance has enabled me to be congnizant of safe, effective movement as well as trends in the industry.

My teaching style incorporates authentic movement of the genre as well as full body fitness. I pride myself on delivering crystal clear execution of the choreography as well as concise cueing to ensure an easy-to-follow class experience.

You will learn. You will laugh. And ... YOU WILL SWEAT!

What to wear and bring:

> Comfortable, lightweight workout clothes

> Water bottle and towel

> Clean, dry sneakers that allow for lateral movement
